RCE Associates, Human Resource Division provides small to medium sized companies with the single source to manage their human resource assets. Key aspects of human resource management can be captured in our HR Index. Our analysis provides top management of companies with sales in the 3MM-100MM per year employing between 25 and 525 employees with a "snapshot" of their human resource strengths and weaknesses. Combined with the information that our Opinion and Attitude Survey generates from your employees we can focus on the critical payback issues that will sustain the growth and development of your business.

    Managing Director

John Guarniere, SPHR, is the founder (founded 1983) of RCE Associates, Human Resource Division. He has received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources from Long Island University and is accredited by the Personnel Accreditation Institute. He has consulted with several hundred small-to-medium sized organizations and has solved Human Resource problems throughout the service and manufacturing sectors.

    Strategic Human Resource

Through the use of our HR Index questionnaire, we will graph your company's strengths and weaknesses compared to similar organizations of the same size and type. The Index results provide a clear, quantitative comparison that helps to formulate plans and goals. We will begin each assignment by meeting with you to help define a job description, including responsibilities, requisite technical and personal qualifications, and first year goals and objectives.
