John Guarniere, Managing Director of RCE Associates, brings special insight to the executive search effort, drawing upon more than 15 years prior experience in corporate human resource management. Since leaving the corporate world and founding RCE, John Guarniere has successfully completed over 100 senior level executive searches. A graduate of Long Island University, he is designated by the Personnel Accreditation Institute as an Accredited Personnel Diplomate in Employment, Placement, and Personnel Planning. Our staff includes consulting and research professionals with advanced academic training as well as experience in staffing and management. However, every search assignment is personally supervised by John Guarniere to ensure our clients' total satisfaction.
Our search process begins with intensive organizational research about each client and his/her staffing needs even before meeting with the hiring decision makers. At our initial meeting, we define the position responsibilities, requisite technical and personal qualifications, and first year goals and objectives. We also become more familiar with the client company’s products, organizational structure and climate at that time.
